This Privacy Policy describes how the Mathstery — Number Puzzle Game mobile application (the "App") handles information. The App is a single-player arithmetic puzzle game and is provided by the developer of Mathstery ("we", "us", or "our").

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, cookies, or third-party tracking technologies of any kind.

3. Information stored on your device

To make the game work, the App saves a small amount of data locally on your device only. This includes:

Your game statistics and best solve times.
A flag recording whether you have completed the in-app tutorial.

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted along with it.

4. How we use information

Because we do not collect any personal data, we do not use, analyze, sell, or share your information. The locally stored data described above is used solely to display your statistics and remember your tutorial progress within the App.

5. Permissions

The App may request permission to modify audio settings in order to play sound effects. The App does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal data on your device.

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected, no information from children is ever gathered or stored by us.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies as part of providing the store and download services. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of those platforms.

Because all game data is stored only on your device and nothing is sent to external servers, there is no transmission of your information that could be intercepted. The security of the data on your device is governed by your device's own protections.
